Bella Beach Events Ticket Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets to a Bella Beach Events experience. We work hard to create unforgettable events, and because significant planning and expenses occur well before each event, our refund policy is as follows:

All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.

Event Cancellation

If Bella Beach Events cancels an event and it is not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund to their original method of payment.

Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, all purchased tickets will automatically be honored for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within the timeframe provided in our rescheduling announcement. Refunds or credits, if offered, will be determined at our discretion.

Transfer of Tickets

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual before the published transfer deadline. The original purchaser is responsible for providing the new attendee's information if requested.

No Refunds for Personal Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Schedule conflicts
• Travel delays or transportation issues
• Illness or injury
• Weather conditions that do not result in event cancellation
• Failure to attend the event
• Change of mind

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after purchasing a valid ticket does not cancel your reservation. Bella Beach Events reserves the right to dispute fraudulent or invalid chargebacks and may prohibit future ticket purchases from customers who abuse the chargeback process.
