Refund & Ticket Transfer Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy gives attendees time to reconsider their purchase while allowing us to commit to the services, staffing, and experiences included with each ticket.

Refunds

Full refunds, including fees paid at checkout, are available for requests received by April 16, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

After this deadline, tickets are nonrefundable, including tickets purchased after the deadline, except as described under Event Cancellation or Changes or as required by applicable law.

The original purchaser must email info@twpc.events with their name, order number, and the ticket or tickets they wish to cancel. Eligibility is determined by when the request is received, regardless of when our team responds.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account. Refunded tickets are canceled and cannot be used for admission.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no charge through May 12, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. This deadline applies to General Admission, VIP, and Waxer Pro tickets.

The original purchaser must email info@twpc.events to authorize the transfer and identify the new attendee. The new attendee must also contact us with their full name, email address, and order reference so we can update their information.

A transfer is complete only after our team confirms it and provides updated ticket information. Forwarding a ticket or QR code alone does not complete a transfer.

Transferred tickets retain their original tier, benefits, and refund deadline. Transfers do not create a new refund window. Each ticket admits one person and cannot be shared or split between attendees.

Third-Party Sales and Transfers

Bella Beach Events LLC does not arrange or guarantee private ticket sales, collect resale payments, or resolve payment disputes between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for fraudulent sellers, duplicate tickets, or amounts paid to third parties.

Contact info@twpc.events to verify a ticket and arrange an authorized transfer before completing a private purchase. Our confirmation of a valid ticket does not guarantee the private transaction. Any refund issued by us will be based on the original order and returned to the original payment method.

Attendance and Unused Benefits

Refunds are not available for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of a ticket, including meals, lounge access, or the Waxer Pro private dinner.

Attendees are responsible for their travel, lodging, parking, and other personal arrangements.

Event Cancellation or Changes

If Bella Beach Events LLC cancels the event, purchasers will receive a full refund within 30 calendar days of cancellation.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchasers may keep their tickets for the new date or request a full refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days of the request.

Educators, individual sessions, and program timing may change. Minor program adjustments do not automatically qualify for a refund. If a change materially reduces the experience included with your ticket, contact us so we can review an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights available under applicable law.
